News flash!
I have information about a $5,000 Homebuyer Grant program that just became available on March 1st!  There's limited availability, there are income requirements, and it's available thru only one lender that I'm aware of ~
but this would be a very legitimate, additional amount sum of money which may very well be available to you above and beyond the tax credit! Wow!
        
**  It's a great time to buy a home! The tax credit incentives for first-time home buyers and for buyers who have owned a home for the past 5 years definitely make it worthwhile to look into purchasing.  For first-time buyers, the tax credit (actual cash back for most people) is worth up to $8,000 and for those who have owned a home for 5 of the previous 8 years, it is worth up to $6,500!!  The only problem is that time will run out on these incentives and you must have an accepted purchase agreement no later than April 30, 2010 and a closing must take place no later than June 30, 2010.  Call me, JANET BLACKMER, for more details and to get started on your custom home search!!
